 "Close To Dinner"

I swear I may take the worst photos at times. So need to do this one over. Sigh.

I also think I need to take better track of what the names are and the prices. LOL  Oh well.
I'm so focused on getting things moved out, so I can, so I just put it on.

I love these cows. They are on copper and framed. Right now it's  3" wide black frame but I think I may change it to a gray! Or, keep it black but add a gold line on the frame.

So the weekend is here. Cape Canaveral is having it's seafood festival so I think we're going. On the way is an RV place with allot of used rigs. I'm sure we'll stop and check it out as we go.

How's the search going?? Well so far every one I love is out of our financial reach.  So far!!

A favor...on the top right of the blog is a tab for Amazon. If you click on it I may get pennies into my account. Hey who knows?? That RV may be x amount of dollars and 2 pennies!!! You'll have helped!!

So March is tomorrow. I'm thinking of doing a painting a day and selling it for 100.00 each no matter the size. (Probably 6x6 or maybe an 8x10)  Need to get in gear if I do this eh?

Have a birthday coming! Excited. Roger got tickets top see Michael Bolton.  (He'll have been drinking before hand, Roger not MB) Really not a fan but what a gift for me.

Going to think now..Warmly, Sheila

"Throw Another"

Storage or to someones loving home!  That is the question!!
This is a 40" x 40" x 2" oil on canvas. Looks even better in person. Doesn't all art though.

(hmm, the Blogger isn't feeling well not me the computer)

I've spent the morning throwing stuff out to clear the house for our coming adventure and of course made more of a mess than when I started.  If I thought there was nothing of great value in the clutter I'd just start shoveling! UGH. But then, if I don't know there probably is't!! Quick, get a shovel!!!

Hope your day is great!!
Warmly, Sheila

 Sniff, sniff, sniff sniff....What's up?

Another site to see your work??? Well here's the skinny.

I have found that between renting my studio, gas, buying paints and copper and canvas , having my work on a pay for it web site and yet another site that more money was going out then coming in. I'm sure you all know that one too. So,I canceled one subscription and planning on another and now have this and my new site that caters to Artists and designers.  We'll see how that goes.

Where is it?  MY NEW STORE  I'll be blogging here and showing work there, and probably juggling 1000 other things as well. lol  There are so many things I would like to try.

Things here are going well. A friend just got a new Newfoundland Pup. Actually it's the person I got Lola from. What a cuddly ball of fur.  I'll take pics to do a show and tell!!

So off to obedience school with my girl!!

40" x 40"

This is the style of painting my children grew up with.  A fascination of the spirit world and checkered floors.  Can you see the hand?
Our cat was getting so old and I felt angels around him daily. The checkered floors? To me they symbolized eternity. The continuation of life.

My daughter could give a whole synopsis of my work and I'd be rolling on the floor with laughter.  She was correct but hearing it was hysterical to me.

Glad I switched to Labs??

But... seeing the checkered floor has me hankering to do more.!!!

"Follow The Leader"
Oil on Copper
6" x 6"
Framed in a 3" wide gray frame
I know you have probably seen this painting before but it never hurts to relist.  Remember my goal is to sell everything I have in the studio and at home in order to go full time with Roger and the kids in an RV. (Yet to be purchased)
In May, Roger will have been at this current job for 4 years. That's something important in the retirement scheme of things. So, we look, and climb in and out of every RV we see.
I have started to do research on older rigs. (Don't you love that RV talk!!!) What are the reviews? Any recalls? We also have friends who have a beauty of an RV and I will text them for info too.  It's amazing what you can get for close or under 50K.  Top of the line coaches with sturdy bones.
I am still planning on selling on eBay. Thank you all that have trotted over and bid. I'm in the process of doing new pieces and Lola, our Newfie, wants to be on there too!!
Sammy and Lola are getting along famously so I'm happy and so ready to start our new adventure!!!
(Come on Universe...I'm waiting and ready)

Warmly, Sheila (sophie316 on eBay)
